What skin types are When® Beauty products suitable for?
Our products are for All Skin Types as they are dermatologically tested, hypoallergenic, paraben-free, phthalate-free, and sulfate-free.

Do you test on animals?
Short answer, no! We love our animal friends and our products are from South Korea, where the ban on animal testing was passed in 2015 and non-animal alternative testing for certain cosmetics products determined by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety became effective in 2018.
What do I do if a product is out of stock?
Waiting is the worst! If this occurs, we suggest sending us a message via the Contact Us page and we will let you know as soon as it is restocked.
Where does When® Beauty ship to?
When® Beauty currently ships to the 50 states, Puerto Rico, and Canada. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and remote areas in Canada.
How can I update my order?
Please visit our Contact Us page or email us at email@example.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request!
How can I check the status of my order?
You can view the order status on your Account Page, which will be updated as soon as you are charged for your shipment. From there, you’ll be provided with a tracking number that will allow you to follow your order!
Can I place an order over the phone?
For better security, we are unable to process any orders and/or accept payments over the phone. Please reach out to us via email through our Contact Us page if you require assistance when placing your order online. We’re here to help!
There is something wrong with the order/products I received!
Oh no! We’re so sorry about this! We do our best to make sure orders are packaged correctly, but sometimes people make mistakes. Please visit our Contact Us page and send us a message with your order number, and if possible, please attach a photo of all the products received with your packing slip. Any damaged or incorrect orders should be brought to our attention within 3 days of receipt. We may request additional photos of the damaged items with the item code, the order number, and the reason for return. Please do not throw tab_div them away until you have connected with someone from our team, or we cannot help you any further.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. When paying by credit or debit card, your name and billing address must match the address on file with the card issuer. We also accept PayPal and credit card gift cards. Credit card gift cards from the major companies can only be redeemed for orders less than the full amount available on the card. We do not accept online payments from digital banking apps.
