Shipping Rate for US
Standard shipping within the continental US is free on any order above US $50 (not including promotions). Standard fulfillment & shipping takes 5-8 business days after the order is placed. Standard shipping is a flat rate of US $5 for all orders (for orders under US $50).
Shipping Rate for Canada
We offer free shipping to Canada on any order above US $70 (not including promotions). Standard fulfillment & shipping takes 8-15 business days after the order is placed for a flat rate of US $12.50 for all orders under US $70.
Please note that for all shipments, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please also be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, When® Beauty assumes no responsibility. We will work to get the package to you, but an address error can incur a turnaround time of up to 3 weeks.
Your 100% satisfaction is important to us so US return shipping is free of charge and on us. When® Beauty allows 30 day returns for all products with the exception of promotions and last-minute sales. Please note that the original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Please note that single-use only products are eligible returns only if they are unused and in its original packaging.
