Refund policy

We are sorry you didn’t love your order! We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To start a return, post a return request on our Contact Us page or email us at info@whenbeauty.com within 30 days of receipt. Please include the item code, order number, and reason for return along with photos of the front and back of product(s).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We reserve the right to limit returns and all returns are subject to approval at our discretion.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. The refund will be made to your original form of payment once the returned products clear our inspection. Please note your original shipping charges will not be refunded.

We do not accept product returns purchased through one of our third-party retailers. You must abide by the policies set in place by the authorized retailer you made the original purchase with. Please contact the retailer for more details.

Damages and Incorrect Delivery Issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
